Change of the name with Heado

Since August, 2019 the Giftoman brand received the updated name — HEADO (hedo). The solution to replace the company name and a brand is caused by how strongly the product «Electronic Director» evolved in recent years.

There began the company with a loyalty system for visitors and buyers for a raising of sales and quality of work of shops. Then switched to work with linear personnel of outlets to involve them in work, in accomplishment of plans and to facilitate their daily routine work. Gradually the product extended and included directors of shops, heads of groups, area directors, category managers, technologists, logisticians, storekeepers and the most part of management companies of clients.

According to developers, the product began not just «help», it undertook «management of standards of work» for each connected shop. Evolution of a product and the company showed that the name «Giftoman» ceased to capture the product essence. As a result the decision to change the brand name to HEADO — Hedo — Golova, mind, intelligence on service of retail chain stores was made.

Possibilities of software products of Artix are expanded by implementation of digital service HEADO – the tool allowing to create the general information space for monitoring of sales on all chain of command. Operational information of all shops in work is fixed in a system upon implementation at once and allows to manage network on a centralized basis: provide accomplishment of daily processes and observance of rules, to perform continuous collection of data on sales and their processing and also to put plans to shops for every day and to monitor their accomplishment.

The electronic assistant to HEADO is preset in a software package of the cash equipment of Artix and is available to use right after activation. Possibilities of a free tariff plan allow to integrate effective control techniques outlet into work. A set of the functions provided in a rate are enough for the purposes more than 90% of clients of «ATOL».
